On a Scale from 1 to 10 ...... THE CARLYLE HOTEL ON CAMDEN AVENUE IN SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA IS........* 11 * !!! TRUE STORY. EVERYTHING HERE IS EXCELLENT! STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE ROOMS ARE AMAZING WITH ALL OF THE "BELLS AND WHISTLES" AND A HUGE TELEVISION AND I HAVE TO MENTION THE WHITE ITALIAN MARBLE COVERING THE INSIDE OF THE ENTIRE BATHROOM . I HAVE STAYED HERE 28 TIMES . AND..... I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO STAYING AT THE CARLYLE HOTEL 28 MORE. SINCERELY, DAVID BEASLEY * MOFFETT FIELD AIR FORCE BASE / FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER

The front desk guy was a character. I appreciate that he let me check in a little bit early …room was nice. Had a refrigerator and the bed was excellent.

Check in and out were flawless. The room was clean and comfortable. It had great decorations and an old school vibe. I liked that it had a refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker in the room. The best part of all was that the hotel was close to where I needed to be.

It is close to the freeway and restaurants. It has underground parking and a convenient elevator. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Great coffee!

I needed a hotel to stay overnight to be close to my Doctor's Office in a town I do not live in, in order to manage to get to my appointment on time early the next morning. This hotel is in a perfect location to reach my Dr.'s office, and has a friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, safe parking facilities below the hotel, with nice elevator, 24/7 fresh coffee available in lobby, beautifully decorated lobby area and eating area.

SIMPLY...... "THE BEST" !!! * EVERYTHING WAS GREAT !!! I EVEN LOVE THE FACT THAT STARBUCK'S IS ONLY 50 YARDS AWAY. TRUE STORY. THIS IS A PERFECT PLACE TO STAY . Very comfortable and unexpectedly beautiful decor. Geographically the hotel was well located for San Jose business. However, the hotel is located on a main street and the surrounding area is not as nice as the hotel. I will return without a doubt.

Very nice lobby and room overall, easy check in and out, pleasant staff, great room and location for the price, variety of food options within walking distance

Nice, clean, spacious room in a charming hotel. The WiFi was strong, parking was free in the garage underneath, there was free coffee in the lobby and the front desk was friendly and helpful.

We were visiting family who live in a tiny house. The hotel was clean and quiet, in spite of its close proximity to the freeway. A great place for a good night’s sleep (between the bouts of family drama). A restful sanctuary.
